A reservation at The Inn at Ojo means that we agree to keep a room empty for you and you agree to pay for it. An Advanced Payment of one night stay plus tax is taken upon reservation and the same credit card will be used to charge the balance once you have arrived. We cannot credit your original card and charge a new one so only give us the card number you intend to use for your entire payment.
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less a $35 processing fee per room.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made less processing fees.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings, multiple room bookings and for some holidays and special events. Advanced Payments may be required on multi-night or extended stays.
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please look for your name on the door to your room and the key will be inside.
Check-out: 10:30 AM.
Absolutely No Smoking inside the facility; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
No Pets on the entire property, which includes inside your car.
